The Frozen Minnow Triathlon will be held on Saturday, March 6^th at 10:00 a.m.. The Frozen Minnow consists of a 2k cross country ski at Mt. Zion ski area, a 1 mile run and a 200 yard swim in the Gogebic Community College pool. Participants can compete as individuals or as part of a team. Although the Frozen Minnow Triathlon is designed as a race for kids 16 and younger, all ages are welcome to participate. The cost is $10 and all participants will receive a medal. Registration will be from 9 until 9:45 on race day in the lobby at the Lindquist center at Gogebic Community College. For more information call Dave Rowe at 906-932-4708.
