Let's Go To The Hop !

The Knights of Columbus Hall was the scene of this year's Klassic Kruiser 50's Night. Lots of people, lots of music and lots of dancing. Amazingly, this wasn't one sock hop where the guys stood along one wall and the gals across the room, along another wall. It seemed like most people were dancing and having a great time, all evening long.

The Hall was vividly decorated with a 50's theme (of course!) The ladies wore big puffy skirts adorned with poodle monograms. Of course the were vinyl 45's lots of 45's.

The music last night was hot and didn't roll of a vinyl disk, instead it was the music of Rewynd, a great local band. The live music by “Rewynd” sponsored by Quality Collision Center and Care-A-Van.

There were enormous amount of items available for silent auction, most of which were fantastic hand-crafted items, donated by local businesses. Of course there was a 50/50!

The food was provided by the Knights of Columbus. The proceeds of the event go to further the community support activities of the car club.
