IRONWOOD - Six area students qualified for state HOSA (Health Occupations Students Of America) in Traverse City, April 15-17, 2010. The following students qualified are: Brianna Mosher second place, and Juli Porter first place in Extemporaneous Health Poster. Chelsey Cox third place xtemporaneous Speaking, Randi Vukusich first place Knowledge Test Pathophysiology. Kurt Kiepla and D.J. Heffner third place, First Aid/CPR. Over 300 students competed regionally at Marquette High on February 13th. Students were accompanied with their advisor, Betsy Pekuri RN, BSN.
