Festival Ironwood Schedule Announced

The final edition of the Festival Ironwood Schedule has been released. Below is the schedule and a review of the 2009 Festival. Just a reminder as to why you will want to attend this year's event!

WEDNESDAY – JULY 14

5-10 pm         “An Evening of Bluegrass,” live music by UpNorth Connection sponsored by the Ironwood/Hurley Rotary Club, featuring beer and brats, free admission compliments of GTC Car Quest and Coleman Engineering

 

THURSDAY ~ JULY 15

4 pm                   Festival Opening Ceremonies & Blessing, organized by the American Legion Post #5

4 pm                   World’s Largest Duck Pick, organized by HOPE Animal Shelter

4 pm                   Deep Fried Turkey Feed, organized by Friends of Festival Ironwood

4-8 pm                Polka Dance, with live music by Richie Yurkovich & Polkarioty, free admission compliments of Friends of Festival Ironwood

6 pm                   Texas Hold ’Em Poker Tournament, Brewster’s Northwoods Bar & Grill, 112 S. Lowell St., Ironwood, sponsored by Ironwood Area Chamber of Commerce and Lac Vieux Desert Resort Casino, pre-registration available, 906/932-1122

8 pm                    Daily 50/50 Drawing
