University of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Technical College, independent
colleges and tribal colleges of Wisconsin. The students should be
residents of Wisconsin and should be 25% Native American. The amount
of grant is from $250 to $1,100.
TALENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM (TIP): This grant is for most educationally

education from colleges and universities in Wisconsin. Freshmen
students are also eligible for this grant. This grant cannot exceed
more than ten semesters for a student.
MINORITY UNDERGRADUATE RETENTION GRANT: This grant is for Wisconsin
minority undergraduate students studying at independent, tribal, or
Wisconsin Technical Colleges. Minority students include African
American; American Indian; Hispanic; or Southeast Asian from Laos,
Cambodia, or Vietnam settled in USA after 31 Dec, 1975. Grants are
approved according to financial need and maximum grant is of $2500.
