The evening began with the
Kindergarten singing "Jingle Bells". The youngsters were
followed by the Sixth Grade Band that played "Jingle Bells", "Up
on the Housetop", "Jolly Old Saint Nicholus", and "Good King
Wenceslas".
The very talented members of the
Sixth Grade Band include:
There was a Vocal Duo
combining the talents of Karley Yablonski and Maiah Zelinski.
The talented duo sang "Christmas Lights", "A Candle in the
Window", "Solitary Snowflake" and "The Christmas Song"
Following her vocal duo Karley Yablonski performed a clarinet
solo "Gesu Bambino".
A performance by the High School
Band included: "Baby It's Cold Outside" (featuring a small
ensemble), "A Christmas Couplet", "Grandma Got Run Over By a
Reindeer" (Austin McGeshick as Grandma, Andy Kopsi and Luther
Hebert as reindeer). The Nimrods have a large percentage of the
student population participating in their High School Band.
