Last Friday Washington School was once again the scene
of a wonder concert. Directed by Lowell Roderick, the
P-K through Sixth grade students treated their community
to another entertaining spring concert.
In years past the school’s gymnasium had been absolutely
packed with friends and family attending the concerts.
Last year the line of people wanting to see and hear the
concert overflowed the gym and stretched out into the
hallways.
This year Director Roderick decided to have two concerts
one in the morning and another one in the afternoon.
Regardless of the number of performances the result was
the same, lots of people and lots of wonderful music.
The kids were terrific, their performances were great,
and they, as well as their audience had a great time.
Roderick does a wonderful job getting the most and the
best from his young students.
