The Boots-n-Spurs 4-H Club held its Annual Fall
Boots-n-Spurs 4-H Club Horse Show Saturday at the Iron
County Fair Grounds.
There were a total of sixty
competitive events on the program that included up to
four age groups, plus novice.
The morning events
included horsemanship, showmanship both English and
Western. The racing began in the afternoon after the
break. There were numerous races Saturday including
Barrel Racing, Pole Weaving, Flag and Pail and concluded
with a Ribbon Race. The show was a fund-raiser for
the Iron County Fair Grounds.
Above - Ali Aimsley goes full speed ahead, competing
in the pole weaving event. Ali took quite a fall,
however, she said that she was O.K. ... that's "O" as in
Ouch !

Above - Daisy" in her first show, the Annual
Boots N Spurs Fun Horse Show. Daisy was born on
August 30, 2011. She is owned by Marlene Holden.
She can do all kinds of things for a kid just 25
days old, including barrel racing and pole
racing. She was a big hit in her debut!
